The Barnet Federation team aim to provide high quality, patient centred healthcare services to our patients. Feedback helps us to identify and share good practice and we welcome your comments, suggestions and enquiries.
However we understand that at times things can go wrong and there is genuine need to complain. We value the opportunity to investigate and resolve issues swiftly and amicably as possible.

If you have a comment, enquiry or wish to pursue a complaint about our services or organisation please complete the form as soon as possible
If this is not possible, your complaint should be submitted within 12 months of the event that caused the problem; or within 12 months of discovering that you have a problem.
