The Federation is looking to appoint 3 Directors, including the Chair role, to join the Board from 1 April 2020 as part of its annual selection process. This is a dynamic and important time for primary care and the Federation is looking to attract effective primary care leaders onto the Board to help develop a new strategy for at-scale local primary care provision, maximise the benefits of integrated training, development and research for primary care, direct Federation capacity to support GP practices and their Primary Care Networks, and provide a Barnet-wide primary care voice into the local Integrated Care Partnership (ICP) by working collaboratively with other Federations into the NCL Integrated Care System.
