What is Governance

Barnet Federated GPs aims to deliver first class medical care to the population of Barnet. Regular auditing is undertaken of all the clinicians that work for us. Our auditors are supported by The Governance team.

Our systems, pathways and protocols are regularly reviewed by The Governance team and updated as necessary to ensure clinical safety at all times. We aim to act in a timely manner to deal with any complaints and significant events in order to investigate, reflect and learn.

We communicate and share feedback with patients and clinicians in order to provide necessary support.
