We are looking for a part-time Practice Nurse to join our friendly general practice team.
Ideally 32 hours, but flexible for right candidate(s). Salary dependant on experience.
The successful candidate(s) will work in our close-knit team of 3 GP partners, healthcare assistant, practice manager and reception / administration team to provide a high quality of care to our practice population.
The successful candidate(s) will work in partnership with the GPs and HCA to provide a range of clinical services including:
- Cervical Screening
- Travel health advice and vaccination
- Childhood immunisations
- Catch-up and seasonal vaccination schemes
- Long-term disease management
- Contraception and sexual health advice
- Health promotion – pre-diabetes review, NHS Health Check
- Phlebotomy
- Urinalysis
